I saw this on Carol's blog at Bookluver-Carol's Reviews and since many people are doing it I decided to try it:

The following list of books teens love, books teens should read, and books adults who serve teens should know about was compiled IN ABSOLUTELY NO SCIENTIFIC MANNER and should be taken with a very large grain of salt.

Instructions:
Put an "X" next to the books you've read
Put a "+" next to the books you LOVE
Put a "#" next to the books you plan on reading
Tally your "X"s at the bottom

Omigosh!

I can not believe this! I have only read 10 (!) of the 100 books here! And Carol is worrying that her 50 out of 100 is terrible! The worse thing is that I don't even want to read half of these books! *sigh*

If you want to, go ahead and do this meme yourself.

I've only read about 14 of them, which would be bad except I haven't heard of most coz they're not available in my country.

One day I'll compile a list of my own and send it around for people to do.

Even if you have only read 14 books, that's pretty good because A) it's more then I have read and B) you live in New Zealand and I live in Canada so I actually have access to these books.

I read 40. Where did this list come from anyway?

I think there should be Madeline L'engal. I know she's a bit kiddie but Judy Blume is there!

Personally, I don't think Madelind L'engal is kiddie at all! I loved "A Wrinkle in Time" and since it won a bunch of awards and is awesome, it SHOULD be on this list too!

Actually, I don't know where this list came from.

Also, good job on reading 40 of these books!

Thanks!

You can make 11 now that you've got the Hunger Games!

People always give you weird looks in Chapters when you sneak into the kids section ^_^

I think I've read 5 of them. >.< I'm a bad reader.

Invoker, no you're not! 5 is still pretty good! It could be worse . . .
